A Clear Path Into the Journey.
From choosing the right programme to completing admission and beginning the academic journey, our process is designed to make the next steps clear, purposeful and manageable for students and families.
The Right Admission Starts With the Right Choice.
Every programme has a different purpose. Before applying, families should first identify the educational pathway that best matches the student’s present level and long-term goals.
The admission journey then moves through application, eligibility review, required documentation, assessment where applicable, selection and final enrolment.
Detailed eligibility, syllabus, fee and documentation information is provided on the dedicated Admissions pages.
Seven Steps. One Clear Process.
Follow the sequence below to move from initial interest to confirmed admission.
Choose the Right Programme
Review the available educational pathways and decide which programme best fits the student’s stage, background and future goals.
Check Eligibility & Requirements
Confirm the academic and programme-specific conditions before submitting an application.
Submit the Application
Complete the appropriate admission application with accurate student and guardian information.
Submit Required Documents
Provide the documents required for the selected programme and stage of admission.
Assessment or Admission Review
Depending on the programme, the institution may review academic readiness, conduct assessment or carry out a selection process.
Admission Decision
After the required review or selection, eligible applicants move to the next stage of admission according to programme rules.
Complete Enrolment & Begin
Complete the final admission formalities and prepare to begin the student’s educational journey.
Be Prepared. Choose Carefully.
A little preparation makes the admission process smoother for both families and the institution.
Understand the Programme
Read the programme description carefully. Different pathways have different purposes, academic levels and admission conditions.
Review Eligibility
Confirm that the student’s academic background and stage match the requirements before proceeding.
Prepare Documents
Keep the required student and guardian information and supporting documents ready before applying.
Understand the Commitment
Consider the academic expectations, attendance, discipline and programme responsibilities before making the final decision.
Ask Important Questions
Clarify anything related to programme, residence, academic pathway, fees or documentation before enrolment.
Choose for the Long Term
Think beyond the immediate admission stage and consider how the chosen pathway fits the student’s longer educational journey.
A Simpler Route for School Admission.
The School Section follows the Bangladesh National Curriculum and provides the general academic pathway from the early years through Class Ten / SSC.
Admission at the school level is therefore centred around the student’s current class, academic readiness, available seat and the applicable school admission requirements.
Select the Entry Class
Identify the appropriate class based on the student’s current academic level.
Check Available Seats
Admission remains subject to available capacity in the relevant class.
Complete Application
Submit the required admission information and supporting documents.
Complete Enrolment
Complete the required formalities after acceptance into the programme.
Not Every Programme Uses the Same Process.
Advanced and specialised programmes may require additional academic review, assessment or selection.
Selective Admission for Advanced Scholarship.
The Ifta Faculty follows a specialised admission model designed for appropriately qualified students rather than open-volume enrolment.
- Academic qualification review
- Written assessment where applicable
- Oral assessment / interview
- Limited intake
- Residential study requirement
Match the Student to the Right Level.
Dars-i Nizami and other advanced pathways require careful placement so that students enter a level appropriate to their previous study and current academic readiness.
- Previous study review
- Level determination
- Subject readiness
- Arabic / Islamic academic background
- Programme-specific requirements
What May Be Considered?
Assessment requirements depend on the selected programme and should be understood from the relevant admission guidelines.
Previous Study
Existing academic qualifications, previous level and educational background.
Subject Knowledge
Whether the student is prepared for the academic level being applied for.
Written / Oral Review
Where required, written tests or oral interviews may be part of selection.
Programme Suitability
Ensuring that the selected pathway genuinely matches the student’s current stage and needs.
Admission Is Complete When the Journey Begins.
Selection is only the beginning. Once the admission decision has been completed, the next priority is ensuring that the student enters the institution prepared and informed.
A Few Things to Remember Before Applying.
- Admission is subject to the requirements and available capacity of the relevant programme.
- Different programmes may have different eligibility and assessment requirements.
- Ifta and other specialised pathways may use selective admission rather than a standard school admission process.
- Exact fees and required documents should be checked on their dedicated Admissions pages.
- Applicants should provide accurate and complete information during the admission process.
- Final admission confirmation should be treated as the basis for enrolment.
A Clear Process Creates A Confident Beginning.
From selecting the right pathway to completing the final enrolment formalities, the admission process is designed to help students and families move forward with clarity. The real journey begins when the student enters the learning environment— ready to grow in knowledge, character and purpose.
